I am a technical leader and entrepreneur. I lead teams of engineers and scientists to collaboratively develop and communicate and operationalize complex technical solutions to fit client needs. I engage directly with clients and their SETA support to identify technical requirements and develop compelling solutions to fully satisfy those requirements. I engage across disciplines to support business development and strategy, regulatory and legal matters, and fundraising. I have extensive experience managing teams and projects end-to-end from conception to product delivery. I am an excellent public speaker and have personally developed, proposed and won multiple government programs including DARPA programs. I am a systems engineer with formal training in electrical engineering and broad technical expertise in remote sensing, electro optical systems, microwaves, radar, LiDAR, hyperspectral sensing, deployable structures, thermal systems, satellite busses and payloads, TVAC and bake-out, decontamination, spacecraft integration, launch vehicles and propulsion, commissioning and checkout, wireless communications, data processing and modeling & simulation. I am skilled at international collaboration having previously worked with technical teams in Canada, Ukraine, Georgia, and South Africa to name a few.
