As Head Coach of Clearwater Central Catholic High School’s inaugural boys lacrosse program, I had the incredible opportunity to help build something from the ground up. In our debut season, we opened with a 4-0 undefeated start—a major milestone for a first-year team—and finished the season at 5-6, laying a strong foundation for future success.1.) Led a team of 30 student-athletes, fostering a culture of hard work, accountability, and growth.2.) Fostered a strong sense of brotherhood and team identity through daily practices, film sessions, and competitive gameplay.3.) Developed and guided first-year players, including-A newcomer who scored 30+ goals to lead the team offensively-A freshman goalie, who had never played lacrosse before, and at one point was ranked 7th nationally-A freshman who led the team groundball leader.4.) Built a competitive and disciplined program focused on long-term player development, character, and teamwork.I’m incredibly proud of what we\'ve achieved in such a short time and look forward to continuing to grow the program and shape future student-athletes.
