About William Turner

William “Bill” Turner is the Chief Operating Officer for the Air Force Enlisted Village, Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. In this role, he is responsible for providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure the corporation has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The COO accomplishes other duties as directed by the CEO.
