I am the President and Managing Partner of ThomspnMcMullan, P.C. We are a full service law firm with 28 attorneys, serving all corners of the Commonwealth of Virginia. My practice centers on civil litigation and trial work. I represent national companies, state and local governmental agencies, Virginia’s constitutional officers, insurance companies, professionals and individuals in state and federal courts. I have been lead counsel in over 45 jury trials through verdict, and countless bench trials and hearings. In February 2014, I was appointed Special Counsel to the Opportunity Educational Institution by Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe. I am AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, named in Virginia Business magazine as one of the Legal Elite in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and am regularly named in Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers for my work in civil litigation in Virginia. I was recently inducted into the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
