Monterey CEO since 2014, first employee when doors opened in 1997. As CEO, devise strategies and policies to ensure that an organization meets its goals. Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities and supportive services of Monterey. Direct and oversee Monterey’s financial and budgetary activities. Specific responsibilities include, at a minimum: ensure the financial health of Monterey. Oversee the producing financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals. Lead/direct the Board of Directors, coordinating operational and functional activities with the President and designated Vice Presidents, maintaining corporate records, planning and arranging facilities for corporate operations and the delivery of all customer support activities. Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements.
