Practice entails advising clients on complex accounting and reporting, government contracting and other regulatory compliance, risk management, internal control and corporate governance matters. He also provides expert testimony. He assists legal counsel, directors, and company management in connection with internal investigations, disputes, and litigation. Such matters have included, among others, alleged violations of the False Claims, Truth in Negotiations and Foreign Corrupt Practice Acts, compliance with SEC reporting, Federal Acquisition Regulation and U.S. Government Cost Accounting Standards requirements, and contract breach and other cost and damage determinations.
