During his time in the 75th Ranger Regiment, William has managed equipment valued in excess of in both foreign and domestic environments. William has ensured both the accountability and serviceability of life-saving equipment while operating in a fast-paced and high-performance environment. William regularly strives to achieve above and beyond the standard in any and all projects given. William led the development of a trial-based evaluation and recruiting program for critically manned positions across the 75th Ranger Regiment, resulting in an increase in their selection rate by over 90%.William has served as a Logistical Non-Commissioned Officer in the Army’s premier light infantry unit, The 75th Ranger Regiment. His primary role was conducting supply chain analysis and project management while also operating and leading in a project fulfillment role. Wiliam possesses an active Top Secret clearance.William is well versed in providing direction and purpose to various-sized cross-functional teams in the absence of oversight as well as individualized personnel management.
