I have represented clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, in addition to a variety of commercial transactions and regulatory and compliance matters. In litigation, I have secured defense judgments in cases representing over $202 million in amounts in controversy collectively and defended or asserted government contract procurement matters involving contracts worth more than $100 million collectively. I have litigated contract disputes, business torts, personal injury cases, oil and gas cases, health care cases, construction and real estate cases, employment cases, media cases, insurance disputes, and government procurement and bid protest actions. I have successfully argued at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and in trial courts across the country. I have negotiated and drafted contracts governed by the UCC, real estate contracts, supplier/distributor contracts, and finance contracts (among others). I have also advised on a wide range of corporate governance matters, employment policies, employment disputes, and financial, manufacturing, and trade regulations.

Additionally, I manage budgeting and forecasting for legal matters, reducing legal spend and uncertainty and aligning legal strategy with business objectives.
