I am a Solicitor based at DWF\'s Leeds Office. I handle a variety of litigated casualty, motor and disease claims from inception to settlement of costs. I have handled claims for a wide range of insurer clients incorporating personal and fleet policy motor claims (first party and third party), as well as the whole spectrum of employers liability and public liability claims, including occupiers liability. This includes claims involving allegations of dishonesty and claims pleaded at values in excess of My specific interests include medical causation, limitation and technical arguments surrounding costs and civil procedure. I have experience in working on a variety of litigated disease claims, including HAVS, WRULD, dermatitis, asbestosis and whole body vibration. I pride myself on providing a comprehensive service to all clients, with a focus on regular and effective communication throughout.
