An enthusiastic HR leader, with strong experience of managing HR technologies, shaping learning strategy and driving digital solutions. Previously held roles with Bupa including Head of Digital People Solutions, Senior Project Manager (Prince2 certified) and Global Learning Technology Manager, leading teams of up to 28 staff, with oversight for 13 HR technologies and budgets of ~£1.5m. In the roles spearheaded compliance, regulatory & simplification projects across technologies including Workday, Saba, Trailight, LifeSight, Experian, LinkedIn Learning, Workvivo & ServiceNow; but always with the employee experience at the fore. As a management consultant for Accenture specialising in L&D, operated across the learning lifecycle, from Training Needs Analysis, curriculum design, training environment management, to creating & delivering content (elearning & ILT). Having graduated with a BSc Business Management, became a qualified teacher through the Teach First scheme (QTS), gained an MA Educational Leadership (Distinction), before transferring these skills to business.
