I lead legal M&A activities for Heidrick’s On-Demand Talent segment, with experience in deal term sheets, due diligence, sale and purchase agreements, and post-merger integration. I have legal responsibility for the ODT segment privacy compliance and data protection program, and am a lawyer with a strong interest in technology. I have several years of experience in employment law matters including worker classification across multiple jurisdictions. I am Chair-Elect of the Computer & Technology Section of the Texas Bar.
