I retired in Aug 2011 from the US Navy Submarine Force as a CPO. I have worked in several different industries from Food Manufacturing Industry to the Chemical Industry. In each of these roles I have implemented a wide range of RCM programs that include PM/PdM routes, planning and scheduling, Root Cause Analysis and Capital Planning. In my current role, I am a Regional RCM Manager implementing a Reliability Centered Maintenance program that includes Asset Management, Capital Planning, increasing wrench time and maintenance efficiencies through PM/PdM Optimization and Workflow Optimization across 8 different facilities. I work closely with each plant\'s maintenance staff in reduction of maintenance cost through the development of a robust planning and scheduling program, training, PM/PdM optimization and better utilization of the CMMS system are among many of the tools being used to.
