William P. Service is a Director, Operations Integration supporting ConocoPhillips’ Bakken Asset in North Dakota. Prior to, he served in the Bakken Intervention organization, leading the strategic planning, scheduling and execution of a $70MM+ annual intervention program.Mr. Service began his career with ConocoPhillips in 2008, working in a variety of technical and leadership roles in Alaska, U.S. Lower 48 and Canada. He has held leadership positions in operations, engineering, subsurface and technology. Earlier in his career, he worked as a projects, facility and production engineer supporting a diverse set of assets across the ConocoPhillips portfolio.He also had a unique opportunity serving in the Central Intelligence Agency with a Top-Secret Clearance as an Analyst in the National Counter-Terrorism Center within the Directorate of Intelligence.Mr. Service is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Business Training Program. He serves as an advocate for charities benefiting youth, families, and the local community through his local church and on annual United Way Campaigns.Mr. Service is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Kansas State University in 2008.
