   Veritas Capital acquired the assets of the CB & I Capital Services operating unit and stood up APTIM on July 3, 2017. The result of this sale is that CB & I Capital Services and several of its direct parent and affiliated companies will do business under new ownership with a new trade name APTIM. I am a multi-hatted manager: Business Development Director responsible for business development for $250M/yr environmental and decommissioning business line for both Federal and state and local customers within the Government Services business unit; Program Manager for USACE and AF contracts with revenues of approximately $10M/yr; and Office Manager for a 40-person office. Through strong customer relationships, was able to maintain market share in a difficult business climate.
