I have extensive experience in creating executable business and technology strategies and leading cross-functional teams whose success is measured on both technology delivery and business growth. Currently I lead enterprise strategic initiatives directed by Executive Leadership critical to delivering revenue growth. Responsibilities include providing business and technology strategies that meet target revenue goals with direct oversight of three business units. This is accomplished by providing technology leadership & leveraging cross functional relationships to influence enterprise business decisionsPreviously roles I have held include IT Portfolio Lead at Win Wholesale – an Industrial Supply company with an evolving IT delivery model, Program Leader for the Labels business unit at Standard Register, a highly diverse and technically deep document services business. Prior experiences include managing software development and support teams along with the implementation of strategic cross-functional programs. All of these roles require extensive experience working with c suite executives in delivering value driven results. Prior to joining Standard Register, I worked for MVECA, an education technology service consortium for twenty-four school districts in Southwest Ohio. I served as the distance learning coordinator responsible for several hundred thousand dollars of annual spend management. The core responsibility of this role was collaboration with district administration to develop curricular direction, technical infrastructure and classroom content.Earlier in my career, I worked as a high school English teacher. The impact of these years in the classroom can be seen in my commitment to the professional development of employees.
