I lead marketing strategy for the Southeastern Regional branch of the company, and my team of brand ambassadors travel to college campuses book fairs and festivals promoting new products. I hire and train employees, create travel schedules, manage inventory and payroll, and assist in new product launches.It has been an excellent opportunity to learn how targeted audiences interact with products, promotions, art installations, and tech displays, as well as how to adapt strategy to succeed with varying demographics.
