My current role is Process Engineering Supervisor at Foxconn Industrial Internet USA. This position allows me to apply my expertise in Manufacturing to develop efficient and optimized programs and processes to multiple NPI projects as well as striving to continuously improve our core sustaining assemblies. I specialize in NPI Project Development, PFMEA, and continuous improvement based on relevant data, KPIs, FPYs, and product output targets.I have worked with Foxconn for over four years, starting as a SMT Programmer and then advancing to a NPI Program Engineer and a SMT Process Engineer. In these roles, I have contributed to the successful launch and mass production of several innovative and high-quality products, such as motherboards and ventilator circuit boards during the COVID 19 pandemic.
