I started out running a clinic for the State of Michigan doing free treatment for grade school children because the copper mines in the UP all shut down. They had the greatest cavity rates ever recorded so preventive care was a must. We did tooth brush instructions, fluoride treatments, and plaque scoring. Plaque scores show where you missed so you can do better when you know where you have missed. The advent on new technology led me to believe that we could teach children and their parents with the help of Wi-Fi to see and record where they missed at home. If we remove all the plaque off every day, use a fluoride toothpaste, and floss once a day, then we will get no cavities and gum disease for the rest of our lives, thus LIFE BRUSH was invented.
