Collaborated cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and seamless transitions for enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities: • Manage full project lifecycle for migration initiatives, including project planning, scope definition, timeline management, resource coordination, and risk mitigation. • Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal departments (product, support, engineering, training) to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and expectations. • Develop and maintained detailed project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications. • Conduct gap analyses, system mapping, and data integrity reviews to ensure successful data and workflow migration from Z-Approve to Exterro. • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinated training sessions, and supported go-live activities. • Proactively identify and resolved project issues and risks to avoid delays and ensure client satisfaction. • Drive continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and providing recommendations for platform enhancements and onboarding processes.
