I work with a team that is responsible for training and evaluating a client unit\'s abilities to conduct mission command. As an OCT team we travel to the client unit\'s home station to conduct Military Decision Making Process training as well as evaluate their abilities during the annual training exercises. The goal is to work with the commander and his/her leadership to ensure the client unit reaches all of their training objectives and receives passing evaluations.
