Bill Nooney has owned and currently owns businesses in a variety of Industry\'s and has received numerous awards for his business and legislative activities. He was the VP of Hi-Noon Petroleum-January 1978 to January 2006 he created, managed, executed and reorganized all aspect of company for 28 years. Was leader of the Executive Management Team of Hi-Noon. Defined strategy and business plan for entire company. Built and created strategic alliances with major oil company suppliers and refiners.Bill has also has owned a variety of businesses: Book stores, Wildland Fire Response providing Mobile Command and Control Centers in over 60 Wildland Fires with over missions as well as 10 Hurricanes and other natural disasters: Children Development Centers; Contractor with FEMA, and Nooney & Associates; has been an Expert Witness in which he has offered his written opinion and testimony on cases involving Convenience Store Operation and Standard Business Practices, as well as several Distributor and Dealer supply contract litigation\'s. As a Montana State Representative for House District 100 he was elected to two terms in the Montana State Legislature in 2007 and 2009. He did not run for a third term. He served on Taxation, Local Government, Law Enforcement, Vice-Chair of Transportation and Appropriations. He lives in Missoula Montana
