   I have been promoted through roles of increasing accountability and leadership scope. As a Sr. Lead Scientist, I have overseen the AI Analytics Team with staff based across the U.S. I have spearheaded dozens of statistical and machine learning initiatives across the U.S. government, working with stakeholders in the Army, Navy, National Guard, and NASA markets, as well as NATO. I was selected to lead the Digital Battlespace Account’s Engineering Data Science sub-team in 2022, the newest account created to consolidate clients with heavy emphasis on cloud, operating at the edge (battlefield). I was first promoted to Lead Associate in 2017 to take over a struggling and understaffed team of 3 data scientists aligned to the Army market in Norfolk VA. During this initiative, I overcame challenges and grew the team to its current 36 staff under the Digital Battlespace Account (DBP). I also continuously network with other markets, NASA, NATO, Navy, Air Force, and Army, outside of assigned geography, to understand the pipeline, enabling successful future pitches based on staffing levels and skillsets.
