I get to work alongside a licensed agent and get real world experience in the insurance and financial services industry. I spent time shadowing agents to learn how they connect with clients, understand their needs, and cold calling new leads and customers. Along the way, I have become familiar with State Farm’s wide range of products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance. The experience helped me build confidence in my communication and problem solving skills and taught me how to stay organized and professional in a fast-paced office setting.
