ABOUT WILLIAM PHILLIPS
William is a bilingual civil/structural engineer and technical advisor specializing in the development, procurement and management of major capital projects. This experience includes projects in the transportation (ports, aviation, frieght rail), energy (T&D, storage, building retrofits), social (healthcare, institutional), and transit sectors (subways, LRTs, BRTs). William regularly advises asset owners, investors and government on risk and structured decision making in support of major capital project procurement and operations. This include technical due diligence, business casing, and procurement strategy. William has extensive experience with climate resilience / adaptation analysis across infrastructure asset portfolios and brings a deep understanding of infrastructure sustainability. He has also been on the ground responding to natural disasters. William has worked on numerous locally and globally significant projects including GTAA\'s LIFT Program, MPA\'s Contrecoeur, Metrolinx\' Ontario Line Subway, SQI\'s Nouveau CHUM Hospital, MBTA\'s Green Line, Wataynikaneyap Transmission Project, BHP\'s Jansen Mine and JFK\'s Terminal Redevelopment.
