WORK HISTORY
Vice President of Operations @Qsl Management
Pensacola, FL, US
As QSLM expanded into a divisional operating model, I transitioned into the Vice President of Operations role to ensure execution continuity, regional alignment, and financial discipline across a rapidly scaling platform.I currently support 3 Regional Vice Presidents and 27 communities representing 3,298 of 6,126 total portfolio beds. In this capacity, I serve as the operational integrator for more than half of the company’s portfolio, translating enterprise strategy into measurable field execution. My scope includes full P&L oversight across 27 communities, occupancy growth and NOI expansion, labor management and PRD discipline, agency reduction strategies, Executive Director coaching and succession planning, and multi-site standardization across Memory Care, Dining, and clinical operations. I also partner closely with capital stakeholders to ensure performance transparency, asset protection, and alignment with long-term investment objectives. This role positions me at the intersection of strategy and execution — strengthening systems, accountability structures, and leadership pipelines that scale performance across complex portfolios. My focus remains building durable operational infrastructure that supports enterprise growth, capital partner confidence, and long-term platform scalability. I am passionate about building scalable operating systems that allow organizations to grow without sacrificing culture, margin, or execution integrity.
