   As the leader of our ERP & Workforce Systems division, I am responsible for shaping the long-term strategy and governance of Centralus Health’s enterprise platforms, including Workday (Finance, HCM, Payroll, and Supply Chain) and UKG (Workforce Management & Scheduling). My focus is on stabilizing and optimizing these systems post-implementation, while building a scalable support structure that ensures sustainability and growth.I partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology with business priorities, driving improved data integrity, streamlined processes, and workforce engagement. Early efforts have focused on resolving integration challenges, strengthening release management, and creating an organizational support model that reduces system downtime and increases adoption across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain functions.By combining strategic vision with operational execution, I aim to ensure our ERP and workforce platforms evolve into true enablers of Centralus’ mission—delivering exceptional healthcare outcomes and empowering a high-performing workforce.
