Part of the HR team at Innovive Health. My focus is specifically on sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and the retention of RN Case Managers and LPN\'s for Home Healthcare. I partner with multiple Clinical teams to coordinate interviews, strategy, and retention. My duties also include the implementation of Salesforce and Tableau to manage and update current data regarding Full-Time and Part-Time Nurses and the regions they work in. In addition, in HR we do have a wide array of additional duties and responsibilities. Overall, we band together as a tight nit - cohesive team of professionals that report directly to our VP of People Operations.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
