ABOUT WILLIAM OLEARY
We\'re There for your Family When You Can\'t Be” As an estate planning attorney, I am passionate about making the planning process understandable and comfortable. I have dedicated my legal career to helping families: Preserve and protect a personal legacy Promote family harmony Achieve peace of mind My role is to guide clients through a process that many find daunting and unfamiliar. Planning for death and disability often is ignored because people find the process mysterious and overwhelming. My job is to identify a client’s concerns and journey with them through the process. Just as I would want to be guided in unfamiliar situations, I make sure that my clients understand what is going on as they arrive at a plan that embodies their unique wishes. As I have moved along the continuum of life, I have come to appreciate the importance of legacy and family harmony. My clients are no different. A good estate plan is more than deciding who gets what; it is a legacy planning tool where family values and traditions are handed down to the next generation. A well-thought-out estate plan promotes family harmony. It is gratifying to see a client achieve peace of mind knowing their family is protected and their family story is preserved. Good estate planning is not a one-size-fits-all proposition. No two families are alike. Each estate plan is customized to the client’s unique needs. Each client gets personal attention. Communication is clear and in plain English. Phone calls are returned promptly and planning documents are delivered on a timely basis. We treat clients with dignity and respect and strive to create a warm and memorable client experience. Again, I simply treat my clients in the same manner I would want to be treated. Estate planning is not a one-time transaction. It is a life-long process that adapts as a client’s family dynamics change. I aspire to have my clients see me as their life-long, trusted advisor, walking with them along the way.
