About William Ocain

Mr. O’Cain is a Certified Construction Manager with 33 years of experience in administration of large multi-million dollar, multi-project facilities and transportation programs. He is currently managing projects as part of our Atlanta Airport Program. William is a former employee of the Georgia Department of Transportation. He has managed construction projects to include coordinating efforts of contractors during construction, closeout and occupancy. William is a very effective oral and written communicator as demonstrated by his leadership in the Daily Resolution Meetings. He has proven success in interfacing with all levels of his project teams and client organizations. Additionally, William has a strong working knowledge of required hardware and software, including Expedition and Primavera. Importantly, from his seventeen years of experience on the Hartsfield Development Program, William brings established and positive internal and external relationships with all stakeholders associated with the Hartsfield program, including Project Managers, Owner’s Representatives; field office personnel and support staff; CM @ Risk; contractors/subcontractors; designers; and laborers.
