Instructor for the Mission Command Systems Team (formerly Information Systems Operator Training Team (ISOTT) and before that Mission Command System - Support Team, MCS-ST)) as part of the Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at the Mission Training Complex (MTC) at Fort Leavenworth, KS.Provides classroom instruction and over the shoulder support to National Guard units in the Fort Leavenworth Area of Operations. Responsible for training of new instructors to program standards.Provides technical support and training to the customer on various Mission Command (MC) system, with special knowledge of CPOF and CPCE. Also knowledgable on DCGS-A and JBC-P.Conducts training of National Guard units on Mission Command Systems (MCS) Battle and intelligence systems. Conducts and reports on interoperability testing for Intelligence and the MCS. Identify, test and integrate changes for MC Systems. Specific tasks include: Train National Guard units on MC Systems. Test and integrate changes and fixes for current and beta MC Systems. Configuration Management for the MC classrooms. Assist National Guard units with battle command and intelligence system development and operation. Provide Assistance to MTC in communications architecture, Distance Learning and System Administration of both fielded and COTS software and systems. Develop and maintain courseware to meet changing training needs.
