Currently manage the Shop Process Improvement Program 900P for Code 950 Shops 51/67, indentifying, documenting, reviewing and developing, recommending and instituting improvement. Responsible for independent planning, scheduling, execution and reporting on complex process issues, initiatives and/or projects in other shops or departments and may involve yet untried techniques, tooling, tooling equipment and/or methods. Reviews each process for determining greatest potential for cost savings, which involves analysis of man hours proposed, complexity of work, cost of material and/or replacement parts and time frame in which the work will be performed. Coordinating the developement of a list of possible solutions to identified problems by using brainstorming methods of Total Quality Management (TQM) and then selecting the appropriate and feasible solutions for implementation and gaining consensus for these solutions.
