   Led a HRIS team to collect requirements, propose system design and configuration, coordinate multiple rounds of testing, manage the cutover, and provide post go live support for a Workday Implementation for three companies in one tenant and eight Workday HCM modules. • Managed the vendor selection and preparation to develop a HRIT strategy, gather company-wide business requirements, develop a business case, prepare total cost of ownership forecasted over a ten-year period, write two RFPs, evaluate vendors, and standardize company-wide data. • Led numerous Workday production healthchecks to help organizations better utilize their configuration and processes outside and inside of the platform. • Managed a HR Transformation including a new shared service, service delivery model, organization design, processes, HRIS, payroll, and case management platform. • Led a Global Payroll outsourcing implementation across 40 countries from multiple different legacy vendors while developing a vendor governance model and transforming the payroll organization.
