Grew MEP value growth from an initial QR525M to an impressive QR1.1Billion by overseeing the comprehensive infrastructure development of the New Naval Base. This encompassed the successful establishment of 48 22kv Substations and associated buildings, laying the foundation for a robust and efficient system.Successfully delivered a myriad of essential components for the New Naval Base, including 60 km of internal Road Networks, 293 km of Pipelines, 6,700 Manholes and Chambers, 47 km of Fire Water equipped with 400 Fire Hydrants, and networks for Potable Water, Petrol/Diesel storage, and Sewage Treatment Plant (2,931m3/day). These pivotal achievements ensured seamless operations and sustainability within the base.Led the charge in conducting risk analysis, commercial validation, and claim preparation, optimizing MEP sequencing for vendors and sub-contractors. By proactively addressing potential challenges, I streamlined project execution and ensured seamless collaboration among all stakeholders.Played a critical role in key projects with esteemed entities like Kahramma, Ashghal, and Q Terminals. Additionally, led the development of comprehensive operations and F.M. Maintenance proposals for the Naval base, valued at several million pounds. These encompassed impactful presentations and technical bids that reflected our commitment to excellence.Spearheaded monthly reviews, holding all project activities accountable and ensuring precise reporting of financial deliverables. Adhering to contractual obligations, donor regulations, and internal policies, I cultivated a culture of compliance that strengthened our organization\'s reputation and integrity.Managed end-to-end operations within the EPC phase, navigating electrical engineering activities from design to seamless integration. My expertise ensured the successful execution of complex projects, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
