ABOUT WILLIAM MCKINLAY
I am a design management specialist, with expertise in the delivery of data centre design. I have key experience across all areas of the design and delivery phases of projects, from pre-IFC design assistance on 740MW worth of hyperscale data centres across Europe, to tendering on project’s up to €400m, pre-construction/construction/comissioning and handover phases across mixed-use, univeristy’s, rail infrastructure and data centres (144MW completed for Hyperscale clients).This experience across all phases gives me the ability to deliver projects that are efficient and maintainable for Clients, sequenced and constructible for the main contractors and delivered to a standard that fosters relationships with Client side PMC’s and end Clients.
