Manage customer Project Portfolios and assigned Project Managers; oversee approximately 2-5 projects simultaneously conducted between Intrado and the customer • Handle the entire Program Health, including project management, support, change order, account health, and escalations; also maintain expectations with the customer and assist with communicating transparency throughout • Maintain all of the billing between customers and Intrado, including SLAs, projects, monthly reoccurring revenue, and reconciliation (as needed) I oversee one of the largest nationwide wireless accounts related to emergency services. On a daily basis, I work with the customer through various project initiatives, nationwide deployment of cell sites, emergency services routing and testing, data integrity audits, and program status awareness. In addition, I conduct quarterly business reviews with the customer and maintain the executive expectations related to the account.
