I\'m a Health Coach Manager at Hinge Health. I love helping people in any way I can. My role here provides me with purpose and satisfaction knowing that I am helping people avoid unnecessary surgery, and assisting them with getting back to the things they are missing out on that improves their quality of life down the road. I am passionate about my job, and do everything I can to keep people moving so they can achieve a level of health and fitness they thought they never could attain. Our aim is to help our coaches build on the skills they have, and help them feel confident in areas they may not feel comfortable in. For participants, we are always looking for better ways to deliver our program to promote behavior change and increase the results of our members.Every day there is a success story that we hear from participants with how our program has improved their quality of life.
