This role is responsible for leading the strategy and development of Digital Nissan Asset Repository (DNA) and Virtual Garage Repository (VG). Manages Planners/ Analysts and primary manager of DNA / VG budget, vendors and agencies. Leads coordination with other internal departments on delivery, storage and distribution of Nissan and Infiniti Marketing and Global images, videos and other materials, long and short-term objectives and general support. Collaborate with Nissan Motor Company, Ltd QMD Department and NNA Purchasing / Finance for budgeting and reimbursement to NNA of department costs.• With the support of Sr. Planners and Project Coordinators / Analysts, leads and manages DNA / VG Asset Repositories. Responsible for driving use of DNA and VG systems internally and with all agencies / vendors contracted with Nissan / Infiniti. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of system practices and setup to help troubleshoot issues as they arise.• Manages budget for all DNA / VG department needs. Works closely with Purchasing to develop annual budgets and manage all aspects of budget throughout the fiscal year.• Manage DAM SaaS vendor relationship including conducting bi-weekly meetings to review open issues and progress on requested SaaS changes / improvements. Collaborate with Purchasing on contract negotiations and renewals. • Partners with the following departments: Nissan Marketing, Infiniti Global, Aftersales and Accessories to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.• Manages agency use and access to DNA / VG data including approval and creation of user accounts, training all users in proper use of the DNA / VG systems, approval of distribution of restricted marketing assets, adherence to usage rights to prevent usage violation. • Collaborates with all global marketing agencies and vendors on projects to provide existing images and video that can be adapted for local or regional use to provide further ROI on existing assets.
