Responsible for managing operational workflows internally within the Informatics Training Team. Oversight of the Credentialed Trainers by providing ongoing feedback, recognition, and performance evaluations. Creates and manages the training schedules, including training time, onsite support, and project time, and is also responsible for hiring new staff & ongoing staff development. Provides continual process improvement to the instructor workflow and facilitates projects and workgroups related to the success of the Credentialed Trainer Team Additionally, responsible for collaborating and engaging with the Engagement & Adoption team for continued success of the Super User Program and Outpatient & Inpatient Adoption Programs. Works directly with other ISS application teams, nursing informatics, physician informatics, customer care, and other UHIT teams as needed to achieve program goals, project deliverables and objectives.
