Responsible for Purchase Order Generation, Management and Tracking in both the Global Football and Apparel, Accessories and Equipment Product Lines. Aided the recent expansion in club partnerships with the likes of Bayer Leverkusen and Atalanta, ensuring all product is where it needed to be to facilitate the successful kit launches and subsequent start of the new seasons.Key Projects- Stone Island - ALD - Bayer Leverkusen - AtalantaCore Skills:Purchase Order Management - Raised, Tracked and Managed over purchase orders from multiple origins for multiple consumers across the EMEA region. Utilised Freight Forwarder insights to improve the accuracy of reports being generated for consumer information. This included the re-directing of goods direct to customer where possible, improving shipping dates and ensuring bookings were completed properly and with accuracy. Vendor Expansion - successfully aided in the expansion of New Balance\'s vendor pool for produce within the EMEA region. This included tackling the legalities of packaging and labels required for goods to be sold within EMEA, the set up of financial accounts within our systems and on-boarding with our freight forwarders to streamline acquisition of stock. Project Management - Inventory Lead on projects for our teamwear brand, as well as several high-value collaborative efforts with the likes of Stone Island and Aime Leon Dore. Demonstrated high level communication skills to manage the expectations of vendors with the demands of the consumer. Software Expansion - EMEA lead for global software expansion to onboard equipment vendors into the global order management systems, working cross functionally to ensure a seamless transition was ensured. Shortages and Overages - became proficient at managing inbound overages and shortages, highlighting vendors with issues and having the stock replenished where possible to ensure maximum inventory levels for our customers.
