About William Mancini

Bill Mancini has over 25 years of management experience in the Fortune 100 world and a over a decade of executive ministry leadership in both church and para-church settings. In addition, Bill spent 6 years as an Air Force instructor pilot and 17 years as an aircraft commander in the Air National Guard. Bill was trained by the Navigators, a Christian organization focused on discipleship, in the area of “high trust culture” for leadership and team development. In addition to his Navigator ministry he was CFO for Auxano, a church consulting organization for 7 years. Now living in Knoxville, TN, Bill’s passion continues to be discipling and mentoring business men and helping them take Jesus into the workplace and that is what drew him to the C12 Group. He has been certified as a C12 Chair and is an owner in C12 East Tennessee helping Christian CEOs and business owners to “Build Great Businesses for a Greater Purpose“. In June 2024, Bill left C12 to pursue a new ministry with his wonderful wife, Lee, to help grandparents connect with their grandchildren called \"Legacy of Faith\". Currently Legacy of Faith Retreats are being held at Glen Eyrie in Colorado Springs. Bill has spoken to various groups of men both nationally and internationally at conferences and workshops. He and his wife, Lee, have 3 children and 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. The C12 Group is America\'s leading Christian CEO roundtable, executive coaching, and business advisory group.
