I am an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager | Sr. Technical Project Manager | Sr. Product Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications and Consumer Electronic industry. Strong program and project management professional with a Core-MBA Executive Education Program focused in Business Administration and Management, from Fudan University, and with a Bachelor Degree of Applied Electronic Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I am a technical leader who had launched or overseen the launch of over hundreds of different new products among Netgear, Nokia, Belkin, WEMO and Linksys brands over the last 20+ years.Most recently I worked in Netgear as Sr. Technical Program Manager & Sr. Technical Product Manager (CTO – SOFTWARE). I have been leading software service program and delivered subscription paid service and variant software features, improving system quality (App-Cloud-Router-service) via software operation management (monitoring, observing, mitigating, and fixing), and managing a comprehensive program for optimizing end to end software system architecture for long-term quality and performance goals. Before Netgear, I worked as Strategic Project Lead in Nokia and have been managing cross-functional team who help deliver the technology roadmap and execution of the design, build and verification of Key ISPs (AT & T, T-Mobile etc) products to meet schedules, costs and all regulatory & customer requirements.Before Nokia, I worked as Sr. Program Manager in Belkin - Linksys responsible for bringing a number of Linksys networking products to market while in parallel managing the team who were developing, improving and sustaining Belkin networking and WEMO IoT products. Before that, I worked in Belkin - Wemo Division and managing the team for WEMO smart /IOT products and drove numerous product and launch into over 1 million homes. Before that, I worked in Belkin - Networking for bringing networking products to market and launched numerous routers and especially innovative Netcam Cloud Cameras into market and achieved top 3 market share in the first 2 years.As a technical program leader I always strive to try and build the best possible product that not only meets the business requirements for cost, timing and features but also something I think customers will genuinely love and want to use as I would myself. I am a leader of the development team and can get the best out of the people I work with and deliver results.
