About William Louis Hill

I am a motivated recent graduate with extensive international experience. I have a passion for sustainable development, with a focus on agriculture and rural development. I most recently served as a Research Coordinator for Agora Election Observation\'s mission to the April 2026 parliamentary elections in Hungary. I recently interned at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London, UK, in the office of the U.S. Executive Director. I previously interned at the World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome, Italy, where I worked with the Sustainable Supply Chain team on improving WFP\'s environmental impact. I hold an M.A. in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University SAIS. I also hold a B.A. in International Studies and Romance Languages from Johns Hopkins University. I am fluent in English, French, Italian, and Portuguese. I am currently studying German and Russian.

   Co-leader and co-organizer of AEO\'s election observation mission to the April 2026 Hungarian parliamentary elections•Co-led two-day briefing session for 24 young election observers to prepare for field deployment•Created training materials, including mission booklet, election procedure guide, and slide decks•Met with wide range of local stakeholders, including political parties, candidates, NGOs, and experts•Wrote Election Day questionnaires, covering opening, voting, closing, and counting procedures•Observed polling stations and tabulation centers across Budapest•Provided real-time E-day support to observers across the country
