I am a born leader and an analyst by nature. I seek to make the impossible possible. I motivate others to lead just by being around them. I\'m the type of producer others want to be like because I emit an aura of confidence and commitment whenever I interact with them. I choose to be the best at what I do and because of that initiative, I succeed every time. My results speak for me. See, we all want to help. We all want to succeed but few of us know \"how\" to implement that \"help\" or we just don\'t know what specific paths to take in order to be successful. Why? Because even though we know we\'re talented, we fail to recognize our strongest talents and therefore fail to refine and build the areas we are strongest in efficiently. While we build those talents we collect experience and while we collect experience we\'re traveling the road to success. I\'ve found my strongest talents and am able to implement them accordingly whenever the desired need for them arises. How did I find them? People. My experience, while building those talents has lead me to be successful within this field.~ I am the most passionate person you\'ll ever meet.~ I am outspoken and the first to take ownership of an issue.~ I will resolve whatever I\'ve taken ownership of within a timely fashion.~ I am refreshing resolution to your problem.~ I am a team leader who is more concerned about the issue being resolved than getting credit for it.~ I take initiative.~ I seek to be recognized for my results and not my intentions. My passion is technology, figuring things out and providing solutions while interacting with people who love to build others up and are open to teaching others exactly \"how\" leadership is done.    Oversee and Control all operations of Metro North Train Traffic. Safely and efficiently direct all train and equipment movement within a specified territory by remote activation of switches, signals, clearance forms and blocking devices. Provide protection to employees working on the right of way by removing and restoring tracks to and from service Prepare and maintain accurate records related to train movements, track assignments and other events. Monitor radio, telephone, computer screens and other equipment for train movements, track movement and other relevant information and issues in territories controlled. Communicate relevant information to others clearly, effectively and according to protocol regarding train routing, track conditions and any other special circumstances. Maintain familiarity with train schedules, destinations and departure and arrival times. Coordinate track usage with the Maintenance of Way department. Prepare information reporting on time performance and delays of areas controlled. Manage unexpected and emergency events.
