I am passionate about making a manufacturing operation more productive and cost efficient, through the use of properly executed ERP, MRP, and MAPICS systems. Having worked in manufacturing for 25+ years I can say that those companies that devoted personnel and other resources to implementing and maintaining these systems saw pay off in the short and long term. By reducing inventory and planning production properly any company can see immediate cost savings and increased productivity. However it takes a whole organization to commit to making ERP / MRP systems successful. I am proud to say that I have been a part of system implementations and saw the improvements that team work and planning can deliver.
