My name is William Lex, MBA I have been passionate about the mortgage industry for the past 20 years. I am the Branch Manager for NFM Lending in Swedesboro NJ along with my partner Jerry Cook. I still recall purchasing my first home with my wife and the terrible feeling of having questions over the weekend and at nights discussing things over dinner. To this day, I always believed that a transaction as important as buying a home should have a lender who acts as an advocate to the purchaser and not just being available during business hours. I am proud to say that this has set me apart over the years and has earned me a very loyal customer base!I am currently one of the Branch Managers of NFM’s Swedesboro, NJ location. I have spent time as a financial planner and I am uniquely qualified to provide mortgage advice to meet my client’s short term goals, and to help them plan their long term goals. I also earned an MBA from Rowan University in May, 2003, in Finance to better enable me to offer unparalleled service and advice.I am happily married to Maureen, my college sweetheart, and a Special Education Teacher for the past 20 years in the West Deptford School District. We have 2 sons, Billy and Daniel, who are currently 16 and 10 and who are both active in wresting, football and lacrosse.My company offers Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203k and FHA insured Reverse Mortgages. With such a diverse offering, we can match the correct program to the correct client.
