I am a commercial real estate attorney with decades of experience and an international practice. My clients hire me both for my business acumen, as well as my legal insight, and their businesses range the gamut from small, privately held companies, to multinational Fortune corporations. My expertise includes: office, industrial, and retail leasing; acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial and residential real estate; and zoning.* Leasing: Represent both landlords and tenants on a nationwide basis, and have represented landlords with several downtown Chicago, suburban, and national office, industrial, and retail buildings. Represent tenants on industrial leases of up to RSF, and have acted as Tenant\'s counsel on 5 headquarters leases for various companies.* Acquisition/Disposition: Have acquired and disposed of more than $500 million in commercial property, some of which contained significant environmental issues.
