Experienced in closing and divesting three production facilities and upgrading the business as a result and most recently led the due diligence process (CP Kelco side) for Tate & Lyle\'s $1.8B acquisition of CP Kelco from JM Huber in 2024 and then leading integration (CP Kelco side) of these two very successful long- standing companies using a best of both approach to create a more effective company than either individually.CP Kelco is a global leader in hydrocolloid B2B plant extraction and fermentation derived ingredients for the food & beverage, consumer and industrial markets. CP Kelco was acquired by Tate & Lyle on November 15, 2024.
