ABOUT WILLIAM LEHNER

William Lehner is the Co-Founder and CFO at Evergreen Residential, a full-service investment management platform specializing in small balance residential assets. Prior to joining Evergreen Residential, William spent three years at Amherst Holdings, most recently as Senior Vice President of Structuring and Execution. In this role, William was responsible for evaluating prospective portfolio acquisitions and sales, business development activities within the investment community, as well as executing platform initiatives. Prior to Amherst, William served as Director of Business Development at USA Compression Partners LP, a publicly traded natural gas compression services provider where he was responsible for all aspects of the acquisition process. Earlier in his career, William spent two years at First Reserve where he focused primarily on North American midstream infrastructure investments. William holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
