As Chief Clinical Officer, I provide oversight and leadership to an experienced staff of Doctors, Clinical Directors, the Director of Clinical Operations, and other managers responsible for staffing, laboratory, education, human resources, legal, compliance, supplies, and logistics. We work together to provide clinical leadership, foster superior quality patient care, standardize clinical protocols, develop clinical strategic goals and program expansion, and contribute to the recruitment and retention of clinical staff. I promote inter-departmental collaboration by working closely with the company’s Chief Medical Officer using a balanced and collaborative approach across all surgical center services. Finally, I partner with Renew affiliates to ensure continuity of care and serve as a visible leader in the community advocating for patients and improving the population\'s overall health.
