As the Co-Founder and CEO of Nimbus Learning, I am passionate about transforming the way higher education institutions support student success. Inspired by personal experiences at McGill University, where we saw friends struggle without the right academic support, together with my co-founder, Ben, we started Nimbus to tackle student retention challenges head-on.Since 2017, we\'ve led Nimbus Learning from an idea to a thriving EdTech company, serving 40+ universities and colleges (and their students) across North America and Europe. Our platform digitizes the tutoring centers of higher-ed institutions so that they can identify at-risk students, allow students to seamlessly access on campus tutoring supports, improve the administrative management of such programs, and make data-driven decisions. The result is empowering institutions to intervene early, reducing dropout rates, as well as enhancing student experience and outcomes.My journey includes guiding Nimbus through multiple accelerator programs, such as the McGill X-1 Accelerator, District 3, and DMZ, and securing strategic partnerships with educational institutions and organizations.
